Gayle showed me the unique characteristics of my ring, walked me through what would need to be done and, under the outstanding handling of Howard, all of the repairs were completed in three days.
Super friendly staff. Very helpful. Always get my wives rings cleaned there and they are very reasonable. The other day I got my sons watch strap fixed while I waited at no cost which was nice. They also have a really comfie rocking chair to enjoy while you wait :o)
