A wonderful suburban library with some great programs. Though parking is limited, the library is still relatively easy to reach by public transport. The size of the place is appropriate for a village the size of WIlmette. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I had a complaint (besides the parking), it's the lack of quiet study rooms to book. As far as I know, there are only two such small rooms. It's still a great place to take the family to.

Spacious, well-stocked children's play area. Friendly, helpful staff. Accessible to bus and train. Open on Sundays and evenings.
